Gan Shuli and Niu Yiang, our resident generals, have been bickering (again) about whether the Shang or the Zhou faction is the strongest. These two nearly came to blows over the twitterverse, but they managed to decide on a contest before things got too out of hand.
So, we have started an alliance head to head knock out tournament where the winning alliance will not only be crowned as the Head to Head Champions, but will also win 250 JCredits!

Jagex started a new server for War of Legends, you’ll be able to play on this server by creating a new account and by selecting the RisingPhoenix in the server select menu.
Owing to the continued success of War of Legends, we at Jagex are happy to announce today’s launch of an extra War of Legends server, RisingPhoenix.
RisingPhoenix will work alongside our existing War of Legends servers, providing an extra world’s worth of room to accommodate budding War of Legends masters.

The folks at LegendsHq are currently holding a competition, which allows you to win a Gold Token.
Do you want to win a gold token? It’s easy, and we have 5 to give away! On top of that, we’re giving you the whole month to do it! So…what is it? In conjunction with Jagex, we have been working out a competition, for you, to partake in. For a while now, the LegendsHQ staff have been looking to promote the storyline aspect, the lore behind the game. So, because we know you’ve all recently got Twitter thanks to the Pledge Your Alliance competition, we’re sure that you will join in and take a shot at winning a great prize.

Another Tweet and Win competition has been announced, this time each player will have a chance to win items like labour bills, gold charms and devine winds.
To celebrate the full launch of War of Legends we are holding a second Tweet & Win competition, with 14 daily prizes of valuable War of Legends items, two weekly Faction Prize draws, and a final mystery “Emperor’s Prize” at the end of the competition. Prizes include Lucidity, Pageant and the Enigma Box, and have a combined value of over 2,000 JCredits!
To enter into the draw, all you need to do is follow our War of Legends Twitter account and either tweet or re-tweet any of the messages from The Emperor that are posted there each day. For full details, as well as for answers to any questions you may have about the competition, click here.
We will then pick the daily prize winner from everyone who tweeted that day, a weekly Faction prize winner from everyone who took part that week, and, at the end of the competition, the Emperor’s Prize winner be drawn from everyone who has taken part at any stage in the competition!

In other news: the fated wind item has been put on offer for 1 JCredit.
The competition and Competitions, Events and Offers section on the official forums have some interesting events running at the moment. One of them being Hold this land! (Quick find code: 75-76-15-62222) where players have to take control of a wildland and if they still control it at 23:00 forum time (GMT) they’ll be the winner. There is also another competition running called Name the World (Quick find code: 75-76-14-62152), where you’ll be able to suggest names for the regions on the map (like Snowy Mountains) this competition will end on the 6th of April at 23:59.

The War of Legends beta has ended! Also everyone will be receiving a free item pack containing a Gold Charm, Coffer and a Devine Boon.
We are delighted to announce the end of the War of Legends beta.
We have been really pleased with the fantastic support from our beta testers and to thank them for their support we will be giving a free item pack to all the players who have helped make War of Legends such a success.

The new offers have been added to the game! Most notably are the Coffer from 50 to 40, Chun Book (needed for a task) from 200 to 100, Gold Charm from 80 to 50 and the Gold Token from 280 to 190.
Update: it seems these offers have been taken from the shop!

Today the game has been updated with a lot of bug fixes!
All War of Legends servers have been updated with the latest content. For a full list of what has changed, please head here. You might have to clear your browser’s cache if you have trouble logging in following the game update.
Keep the feedback coming and we will continue to improve the game for you!

Also the way items packs will be delivered when purchasing JCredits has been slightly altered. instead of adding the bonus items to your account, the bonus items pack will now be added to your account in the form of a chest.
Along with the latest game update, any JCredits purchase will be supplemented with a free treasure chest. Open the chest in your inventory and receive one of our complementary item packs!
These chests differ in value depending on the JCredits package you purchased.
